Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• Items must be in the same condition as received.
• Sealed products must remain unopened.
• Trading cards sold as singles must remain in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

• Opened sealed products
• Mystery products
• Digital products
• Custom or personalised items

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting returned items.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
